השבוע הזדמן לי לבקר בקורס קונדיטוריה של מקצוענים. חוץ מזה שהיה טעים ומשמין, הוספתי לי עוד כמה תמונות למאגר. הכי מרגש היה לצפות בסטודנטים מתכוננים להגיש לאורחים את המטעמים שהכינו במשך ימים.
This week I
went for a visit at a pro Pâtisserie class. Besides the fact it was all tasty
and fattening, I added some more photos to my stock. The most exciting part was
to watch the students prepare to serve the gusts the delicacies they worked
hard on for days.
