Black and white food photography is strange. mostly you wouldn't want your audience not to see and sense the colors and special features of the food.

but, I learned that raw ingredients that have a distinguished out line and a familiar shape can look suprisingly good and have a different and more confident way to show the food. As if the food is saying "I know I am fresh and delicious, I dont need color to prove it".
