בחודשים האחרונים אני מקבלת פניות רבות בבקשה לטיפים ו'חוקים' לגבי צילום אוכל. בעיקר מבלוגרים ומחובבים שרוצים להוציא תמונה טובה של המנות היפות שלהם. רובם מחזיקים מצלמת פוקט פשוטה ולפעמים גם מצלמה קצת יותר משוכללת. אני תמיד שמחה לעזור במיילים ובטלפון ככל יכולתי אבל אין כמו הדרכה אמיתית וצמודה. חוץ מהשיעורים הפרטיים שאני מעבירה, נולד רעיון להקים סדנת צילום אוכל קבוצתית. באמצעים פשוטים וביתיים, ולתוצאות יפות שכל אחד יוכל לבצע לבד בבית.
בסדנה נלמד איך לשפר את מראה המנה בעזרת כמה עזרים פשוטים שיש בכל בית או בחנות לצרכי משרד הקרובה. נלמד גם להשתמש באור השמש הטבעי בצורה הטובה ביותר וללא עזרים וציוד יקר ומיותר.
כמו כן עקרונות בסיסיים של קומפוזיציה וצבע, וכמובן בסוף נזלול את כל מה שצילמנו :)
והפרטים:
הסדנה תערך בתאריך: 1/10/2010 מועד נוסף יקבע בהמשך על פי ביקוש.
מספר המשתתפים: עד 8 תלמידים למפגש שיתקיים אצלי בסטודיו ביפו.
משך הסדנה: כ 3 שעות.
על כל אחד ואחת מהמשתתפים להביא מנה אותה הוא מעונין לצלם או את המנה האהובה עליו כראות עיניו.
ציוד לסדנה: המצלמה בה אתם משתמשים (מפוקט פשוטה ועד DSLR משוכללת) ומנה לבחירתכם.
עלות הסדנה: 260 ש"ח
בסוף הסדנה נשב כולנו לאכול את מה שצילמנו ולפטפט עוד קצת, אז תשריינו לכם עוד קצת זמן אקסטרה.

In
the last few months I was receiving many requests for tips and
"rules" regarding food photography, mainly from bloggers and amateurs
who want to take better photographs of their beautiful dishes. Most of them
have a simple pocket camera and in some cases a more advanced camera. I am
always happy to help via e-mails and over the phone, but nothing beats real
guidance. In addition to the private lessons I teach, came an idea to form a
group workshop for food photography. With a few simple methods every one can
reach great results.
At
the workshop we will learn how to improve the appearance of the dish using
accessories which every house or stationary shop consist of. We will also learn
how to use the natural sun light in the best way with out spending money on
unnecessary expensive equipment. In addition, we will also learn the prime principals
of composition and color. And of course we will eat all the dishes we
photographed.

The
workshop will take place at the
first of October 2010 (a second date will de decided subject to
demand).

accept up to 8 participants in my studio in Jaffa
The
workshop's duration will be 3 hours.
It
is necessary that each one of you will bring a specific dish you would like to
photograph or your favorite dish for eating.
Equipment
should consist of the camera you use (could be a simple pocket camera or a
hi-tech DSLR) and your dish of choice.
The
cost is 260 NIS
At
the end of the workshop we will all sit at the table and eat what we
photographed and then have a small chat, so Take some extra time in
consideration.
